ISO 9001

WLN has been certified according to ISO 9001 by LRQA (Lloyd's), for "Project bused advising on water technology". After obtaining the certificate in 2008, WLN was reviewed on April 20, 2009. 

A reviewer of LRQA has made a surveillance visit, in which the water technology field has been screened on work by means of projects.  The essential elements for the effective functioning of this management system are assessed through interviews with management and through an assessment of the processes and themes.

During this assessment only a single new remark, in the category RC (Requires correction), regarding department policy, has been declared.  This issue has to be solved by next year.
We are very pleased with the result, which allows us to use the ISO 9001 - logo with pride for yet another year.
