Council for Accreditation
The Dutch Council for Accreditation is the Dutch institution which checks whether organisations and companies comply with the described quality standards. If they do, a quality certificate will be presented. All analyses which are accredited are mentioned in a list of operations. In order to guarantee accreditation, an annual review by a team of independent experts, will take place at WLN.
The quality system of WLN has been accredited by the standards of the Council for Accreditation under number L075, since 1993. Quality in our company meets two criteria:
• Quality is demonstrable;
• Quality is based on objectively measured characteristics.
For the quality system of the laboratories the ISO/IEC 17025 standard, "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories" is applicable. In this standard is described, which requirements a laboratory should meet to guarantee quality.
