WLN provides the sample bottles with preservatives to customers without extra charges. If you do the sampling yourself, the sample bottles with preservatives will be sent to you (in a cooler with ice packs) by courier or by mail. If you want to return the samples by courier or mail, please use the provided cooler with ice packs.
